On April 18, 2024, The Vault Art Gallery was privatized for an exceptional evening organized by Nest Club, in partnership with Relais & Châteaux. Nestled on Avenue Louise in Brussels, the gallery transported guests into an exotic ambiance, evoking the gentle nuances of the South of France and the Mediterranean.
During this exclusive evening, guests savored refined dishes inspired by the recipes of Relais & Châteaux chefs from the South of France, prepared by the talented Chef Costantino Longo. His cuisine, rooted in Mediterranean tradition, featured a unique touch of originality, blending French gastronomic elegance with his mastery of Mediterranean flavors. The dinner included exquisite amuse-bouches like avocado mousse, asparagus cappuccino, and veal tataki, as well as signature dishes from renowned chefs Alexandre Fabris (Château de Valmer), Christophe Gavot (Villa Gallici), and Can Kurt (Villa Calvi).
Guests embarked on a culinary journey through the gallery, discovering iconic establishments of this magnificent destination while being captivated by their stories, character, and charm. The Vault Art Gallery, a 530-square-meter renovated former bank branch, showcased the exceptional talents of international artists like David DAVID, Alain Mimouni, and many others.
Relais & Châteaux and Nest Club provided an immersive experience capturing the refined elegance of the South of France, offering a cultural escape unlike any other.
